Yes – A dedicated construction manager will be assigned to every project, so the customer can easily keep track of building progress, ask questions or raise concerns. Will Ethical Projects provide a full breakdown of costs and timescales?
Of course… whether you employ our services to build an extension, a new house or just a small building repair job, we’ll use the latest computer software to plan your building project and provide a full programme that outlines exactly when and how each stage of the build will take place and also, the exact costs involved in the form of a bill of quantities.
Will I have to pay the full balance for a building project in advance?
